On
the whole, environmental issues appear to be becoming less important to
those in the younger age groups with the exception of control of dog waste
and locally produced or organic food.
The
most important environmental issues in any single age groups are control
of dog waste (10-29 and 60+), and protection and encouragement of wildlife
and protection of hedgerows (50-59), the landscape (30-60+), and control
of litter (30-49).
